Get ready to embark on an enriching teaching journey in the heart of China's capital city, Beijing. We are in search of an enthusiastic and experienced Native English Teacher who is passionate about nurturing young minds aged between 2 to 7 years. With a maximum of 18 students per class, you will have the opportunity to focus and bring out the best in every child.
Your work week will be from Monday to Friday, dedicating 8 hours a day to inspire and motivate our young learners. Located in the bustling areas of Chaoyang and Haidian District, our school provides a vibrant and dynamic environment conducive for learning.
As an integral part of our team, your role will encompass the design and implementation of comprehensive teaching plans tailored specifically for young learners. You will be expected to organize and utilize a vast array of learning materials and resources. Your instructional methods must be diverse and engaging, incorporating an assortment of activities that will stimulate children's abilities. Creating a positive and active learning environment is key to our teaching philosophy.
Keeping an open and effective line of communication with parents is crucial. You will be required to provide regular updates and information regarding their child's performance and progress. Regular assessments of each student's performance will be a part of your responsibility.
To be considered for this role, you must be a Native English Speaker. A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in an education-related field, is required. Candidates with TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification will be given preference. A clear criminal background check and a minimum of 2 years' work experience post-graduation are necessary prerequisites.
We offer a competitive salary range of 25,000 to 31,000 RMB per month after tax, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. The salary package includes a housing allowance. We also provide a work visa, medical insurance, and lunch during workdays. Additionally, you can look forward to an annual flight reimbursement, performance bonus, and up to 9 weeks of paid yearly holidays along with paid sick and personal days off.
