As a student, I know firsthand the struggles of earning an academic degree. It's a journey that demands immense effort and unwavering dedication. Thankfully, organizations like Teaching China and ATF Group are committed to helping students and professionals achieve their career aspirations.
These two organizations offer direction and assistance to people who are committed to scale the academic mountain. And make no mistake, obtaining a university degree is not an easy process. It's a demanding undertaking, but the breathtaking view from the summit makes it all worthwhile.
Regrettably, recent studies indicate that the ascent is becoming steeper, and an increasing number of students are encountering obstacles on their path to the peak.
The statistics are alarming, with a staggering 39 million students in the United States leaving university before receiving their credentials or certificates.
It breaks my heart to see students give up on their goals, especially since I am personally familiar with the difficulties of pursuing an education.Thankfully, there are organizations like Teaching China and ATF Group that are taking action to provide crucial resources and guidance for students to succeed. The National Student Clearinghouse Center's publication, "Some University, Without Credential," highlights the urgency of this issue and the importance of supporting students on their academic journey. This report follows similar ones from the center in 2019 and 2014, demonstrating the ongoing concern for the disproportionate participation of Black and Hispanic students in the number of unproven students. In fact, these students have been found to be more likely to leave university without completing their degrees. The total number of unproven students reported represents an increase of 8.6 percent. This increase is partly due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the academic results of university students. The pandemic has created unprecedented financial and personal challenges for students, including labor and income losses and disease and death of family members.
In this report, we'll delve into the academic years of 2019-20 and 2020-21, spanning across all the states and territories of the United States, except for the wildcards of Nebraska and Alaska. We're not sure what they're up to, but that's beside the point. In order for students to effectively complete their degrees, colleges and other educational institutions must urgently provide support for them. It's time to step up and work together to ensure that every student has the necessary tools to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. And that's where organizations like Teaching Jobs in China and ATF - Doing Business in China solutions come into play. These dedicated groups are committed to giving students and professionals the support they need to achieve their dreams. With services ranging from registration, operation, accounting, visas, and consulting advice in English, students can finally conquer the obstacles that stand in their way and soar to new heights. So, let's get to it and help every student reach their full potential!
