Since it seems that most currently living in China will be stuck here for a while longer yet, it's time some activities tick off your list of internal hub. One of the best ways to explore the Middle Kingdom is through hiking and climbing trips. Then I chose six hiking and climbing points higher than in China. Scattered throughout the country and vary in difficulty, there's something for everyone

1. Tiger Leaping Gorge, Yunnan

There is a list of points of hiking and climbing in China would be complete without a mention of Tiger Leaping Gorge in Yunnan . The story behind the same name of the valley is part of the legend. 2. Yangshuo, Guangxi

Guilin may be the most famous tourist attraction in Guangxi, but when it comes to serious escalation, the knowledge of the herd to his neighbor a little less known, Yangshuo County.

3. Leshan, Sichuan

Even in a country with many famous statues of Buddha, Leshan stands out with its iconic giant Buddha. A world heritage, the Buddha of Leshan is a statue of 71 meters high the great man, carved into a sandstone cliff red face overlooking the confluence of the Dadu and Min. 4. Baiyun Mountain, Guangdong

China has countless distant mountain ranges impressive, but, understandably, many of us simply do not have the time to visit the most remote locations. Fortunately, there are some pretty decent options at or near the major cities.

Guangzhou, a metropolis of more than 13 million people scattered to 7,400 square kilometers, is home to Baiyun Mountain. Also known as the white cloud mountain and informally as the "lungs of the city" Baiyun Mountain is a local favorite hiking spot. Between 28 square kilometers and 30 peaks, Moxing Ridge is the must-see spot, standing at 382 meters and offers amazing views of Guangzhou and the Pearl River below.

This is the perfect place to visit, too, as the local government just opened a new bond Baiyun Mountain Park with neighboring moment Yuexiu Park. Now hikers can also leave Yuexiu Park statue famous five rams and Zhenhai Tower when the Baiyun Mountain is rotated.

5. Nalati grassland, Xinjiang

6. Liupanshui, Guizhou
