Beijing, April 22 (Xinhua) - Chinese president Xi Jining Thursday said it requires "extraordinarily difficult efforts" for China to comply with its commitment to pass from a carbon beak To carbon neutrality, which is in a period of time much shorter than what many developed countries could take.
