Main Responsibilities:

1. To work closely and professionally with the Chinese teacher to ensure the smooth running of daily routines.
2. To take full responsibility for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate program activities and assessments regarding the curriculum provided by the school.
3. To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the children in support of their learning.
4. To maintain close partnerships with parents, colleagues, and the community.
5. To provide informal communications (as required) to parents on the growth, progress, and achievement of the children.

Requirements:

1. Native English speaker
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education preferred
3. Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
4. Minimum 3 years' full-time teaching experience
5. Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills
6. Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the schools curriculum, strategic plans, and policies
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
