### Job Responsibilities:
1. Teaching: Deliver high-quality English courses, including literature and academic writing, primarily in English.
2. Curriculum Development: Design engaging and creative lesson plans to meet the needs of high school students.
3. Student Support: Provide personalized guidance, set high expectations, and monitor student progress.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and administrative staff to achieve overall teaching goals and participate in school-wide projects.

### Job Requirements:

### Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Starting from 24,000 RMB per month (pre-tax).
