About Ningbo

Ningbo is located in the east of China. It's close to Shanghai (about 2 hours by train) and Hangzhou (about 45 minutes by train). As a coastal city, it has attracted hundreds of foreign businessmen to invest or doing trade here. The city is very easy to get around, as the public transportation is very cheap and fast. There's one international airport that gets you to other cities in China as well as big cities in south east Asia. Ningbo is also famous for its health and tasty local food. The living expense is very affordable. Big supermarkets can also give you access to international ingredients.

School Introduction

Ningbo FoEnglish School is located in Binjiang Commercial Plaza, down of Ningbo. Currently we have four branches that are quite close. In each branch, there's a school manager, one Chinese manager and several foreign teachers. As a young term, we are very enthusiastic about our professional development and the school development. We offer ongoing training about teaching English to non-speakers and consistent workshop to improve our skills.

Job description

Teacher will give out lessons to students aged 3 to 14. We have a small class size with 8 students maxim. For each class, there's a Chinese manager who will help with the parents' communication and class assistance when needed

Benefits

Base salary: 16,000-25,000 RMB/month (2400USD-3700USD/Month)

Monthly housing allowance: 2,000RMB/month

End of contract bonus for every 12 months

Holidays: 27 paid holidays, including Chinese Public Holidays, summer holidays and winter holidays

School-paid trips: The school will organize once a year trip to places around Ningbo

Qualification

1. Native speaker with BA degree

2. English language teaching certificate, such as TEFL, CELTA and TESOL.

3. At least one-year teaching related working experience.

4. Aged under 38 years-old.
