Terms and Compensation of Employment

Contract Length: One year contract

Salary:   14-20k(Negatiable)

Airfare Allowance and Pay Date:  Employee is entitled to a 500RMB monthly travel allowance after probation

Insurance: The Employer will handle the medical and accident insurance for the Employee after probation. 

Apartment:     Free furnished apartment 

Electric, Water and Internet bill:   By Self

Meals Included?:    No

Overtime Allowance:     Overtime hours are defined as more than 34 working hours and are calculated with the hourly rate. 

Holidays: The Employee will receive official public holidays should they occur during the contract including Christmas Day (December 25th). These are paid holidays.
