ME International Academy is a British owned company and operates in a fully English working environment. We are looking for new members to join our young and dynamic team for the next semester. We are looking for both Drama and English teachers to offer fun and interactive classes at our centre in Guangzhou.

MasterMind Academy offers an holistic approach to children aged between 3 and 12 years old. We have a strong vision of inspiring young children to become soically responsible leaders of the future and are looking for energetic individuals who can not only teach but join us as product developers, teaching directors and possible centre managers in the future.

Our English classes use interactive Cambridge software and prepares students to participate in international exams. We also have a drama course in place for local and expat children and are continually looking for the right people to develop more courses in the near future. We offer a generous salary package based on experience and qualifications and offer paid holiday, flight allowance, housing allowance and opportunities to participate in external self-development courses.

Job Description:

Teach children in our GZ centre and in outdoor class if required to do so.

Participate in centre meetings to improve the running of the school.

Communicate with parents using Chinese teaching assistant.

Plan and help execute campus activities.

Offer ideas and suggestions to improve the brand and have the chance to work as product developer.

Working Schedule:

5 days per week

Weekdays 2.30pm – 9pm

Weekends 9am – 6pm (1.5 hours break)

Requirements:

Native English speaker (non native considered if graduated in education)

Bachelor Degree

TEFL

Experience working with children or clear desire to do so
