Job Descriptions

Overall position purpose:

Our foreign teacher is vital for his or her assigned classroom and students (ages 0-3), who responsible for deliver and implement the MoreCare curriculum to students, on all classroom matters,

they will report directly to his or her lead teacher and help the classroom teaching team to make progress for their students.

Accountabilities:

Instruction:

1. Conducting the ‘ morning circle ’ such as singing or dancing with kids;

2. Designing and delivering the indoor and outdoor activities for kids and making sure the kids' safety;

3. preparing the teaching materials; designing and delivering the Lessons based on the interests of

kids, such as the music?art?drama?telling story?

4. Ensure all the curriculum is implemented properly in the classroom and give feedback to the his

or her lead teacher of school supervisor;

5. Responsible for taking care of the kids, like holding baby, Milk Powdering and feeding, helping

with sleep and changing dippers etc.;

6. Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the center;

7?Maintain good relationship with parents and record the progress of the students;

Qualifications and competencies:

1. Hold a Bachelor Degree, completed Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education is preferred;

2. Enjoy with kids and passionate about education and culture industry;

3. Native speakers or nonnative speakers with standard American/British pronunciation;

4. Excellent organizational and administrative skills;

Competencies

Knowledge of early childhood instructional strategies;

Good team player, effective communication skills;

Flexible to the demands of working in an academic environment;

Package

Base salary from 15000-25000 (RMB)

5 days paid vacation after completing one year contract
