18-30K Native English Teachers Needed in Beijing
Location: Beijing, near Yonghegong (Lama Temple subway on line 2/line 5)
Starting: July-August 2018

Main Responsibilities:
-Maximum of 40 working hours per week
-Student ages: 2 - 6 years old
-Monday to Friday Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm (weekends off)
-Follow the lead teacher and Principal‘s guidance on a daily basis
- Conduct classes that are fun and engaging
-Assist in school’s promotional events
-Conduct demo classes to potential new students
-Attend staff meeting and teacher training
Compensation:
-Excellent monthly salary: 18,000 – 25,000 RMB per month (2500USD-3700USD monthly)
-Flight reimbursement: up to 6,000 RMB
-Quarterly performance bonus: 1,500 RMB (based on performance)
-Annual bonus: 10,000 RMB (based on performance)
-Around 7 weeks per year
-Legal ‘Z’ work visa provided
-Health Insurance provided
-Professional pre-job training with on-going program supervision

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree is required, majoring Early Childhood Education, Psychology, linguistic,
Art related
-TEFL/TESOL certificate 120 hours or above preferred
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland
-Minimum one year teaching experiences in international or bilingual kindergartens required
-Clean criminal record check
(IB/PYP) Lead Teacher
Location: Beijing, Jiulongshan on line 14 or Lama Temple on line2/line 5
Starting: July-September 2018

Main Responsibilities:
-Maximum of 40 working hours per week
-Student ages: 2 - 6 years old
-Monday to Friday Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm (weekends off)
-Lead the class, give necessary support to team members in his/her class, give his/her
students education equally base on their needs.
-Create/prepare teaching materials base on the curriculum plan, manage budgets on
classroom teaching materials of his/her own class.
-Maintain a good environment of his/her classroom with professional/respectful manner,
including academic atmosphere, student discipline management, activities organization
-Coordinate with the Campus Principal, Academic Lead to establish academic tasks and enrich
new teaching skills, strategies.
-Join the company development events, campus marketing events, Demon classes etc. to
help the company to expend its brand value.
-Join company trainings in order to improve his/her teaching skills.
-Greeting students and parents, keep good professional relationship with parents and the
public.
Compensation:
-Excellent monthly salary: 20,000 – 30,000 RMB per month (3000USD-4500USD monthly)
-Flight reimbursement: up to 6,000 RMB
-Quarterly performance bonus: 1,500 RMB (based on performance)
-Annual bonus: 15,000 RMB (based on performance)

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree is required, majoring Early Childhood Education, Psychology, linguistic,
Art related
-Master degree preferred
-IB background is preferred
-TEFL/TESOL certificate 120 hours or above preferred
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland
-Minimum two years teaching experiences in international or bilingual kindergartens required,
leading teacher experience is preferred
